Introduction & Program Description
These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Americas Community Outreach Programs, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Opt-In & Consent
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number on one of our forms and checking the SMS consent box. You represent that you are the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or service.
Message Types & Frequency
We may send text messages including appointment reminders, program and event updates, volunteer coordination, donation confirmations, follow-ups, and responses to your requests. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. You may typically expect no more than 8 messages per month, though you may receive additional messages in response to your requests or questions.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send or receive. Please check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your plan.
Opt-Out (STOP)
You may cancel your participation at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opt-out, you will be unsubscribed from our SMS program. It may take up to 10 business days for us to process your request. Even after opting out, you may continue to receive administrative (non-marketing) messages from us.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance with our text messaging program. You may also contact us directly using the contact information below.
Carrier Support & Deliverability
We do not guarantee the delivery or timeliness of any message. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our program supports major U.S. wireless carriers, subject to availability, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and US Cellular.
Privacy & Sharing
We use your mobile phone number and any message content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
